International Level Online Quiz on ‘World Nature Conservation Day 2021’

 

The Department of English and Postgraduate Center conducted this quiz on World Nature Conservation Day 2021 in order to explore the relationship between literature and Nature. The 20 questions were framed by keeping in mind that the readers will be reminded of how the literary works make significant contribution in carrying the agenda of conservation of Nature. Literary writers, so sensitive to change, can never remain quiet at the time of global climate change – a crisis. From classical writers to modern and postmodern, all have expressed their concern regarding the destruction of the surrounding caused by human-steps. 

The quiz was organized to sensitize people on the this issue . One thousand sixty six teachers/students/research scholars and others attempted the quiz.
