Workshop on Avishkar

The purpose of the workshop was to inculcate research culture among students, to encourage original and novel thinking and to provide an opportunity for expression of academic talent. Ms. Zeenat Merchant, Head Department of English, Poona College was the Coordinator of this workshop. Dr. Mujeeb Shaikh, Academic and Research Coordinator, Poona College, was invited as the Resource Person to enlighten the students on the importance of looking at research not as a degree but as a mindset which is inquisitive, innovative and inventive enough to germinate knowledge and create wealth out of it.
