A Visit to Deccan Deemed University’s Language Lab, Museum & Library

The visit to the internationally reputed institute Deccan Deemed University, Pune was undertaken by the Department of English under the supervision of Dr. Ashwini Purude, the Coordinator of the visit. The objective was to acquaint the students with the different language software and the functioning of the Language Lab. The students then visited the Library, one of the oldest and largest libraries of Asia. The students were stunned by the rich treasure of books. This was followed by the visit to the museums, on Indian Archaeology and Maratha History. The students and faculty members were mesmerized by the beauty of the relics of Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa Civilization as well as the Maratha history.
